Welcome to Ads by Hospingo, an advertising platform operating under the HOSPINGO World brand. By accessing, registering or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Platform.
Users must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account details updated. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and all activities performed through your account. We may request verification documents when necessary.
Advertisers are responsible for their campaigns, advertisements, landing pages and promotional claims. All advertising content must be accurate, lawful and non-misleading. Advertisers must have the necessary rights and permissions to use submitted materials.
We reserve the right to reject, suspend or remove advertisements that violate our policies or applicable laws.
Publishers must have ownership or proper authorisation to monetise their websites or digital properties. Publishers must maintain genuine traffic and follow our advertising placement guidelines.
Artificial clicks, bots, click farms, self-clicking, purchased fraudulent traffic and manipulation of advertising activity are strictly prohibited.
The Platform may offer Banner Ads, Pop-In Ads, Full-Page Ads, Sticky Top Ads and Sticky Bottom Ads. Availability may depend on technical requirements and approval.
Campaign delivery, impressions, clicks and conversions are not guaranteed. Performance depends on audience activity, targeting, inventory and other factors.
We may use automated monitoring, AI-assisted systems and manual reviews to identify invalid clicks, artificial impressions and suspicious activity.
We may filter invalid traffic, adjust statistics, investigate accounts, withhold disputed earnings during investigations or suspend accounts involved in confirmed fraudulent activity.
Advertisers must pay applicable campaign charges through the available payment methods. Campaign budgets, fees and taxes will be displayed or communicated through the Platform.
Refunds, cancellations and unused balances are governed by our Refund Policy, campaign conditions and applicable law.
Publisher earnings are calculated from eligible and validated advertising activity. Payments may be subject to verification, minimum payout limits, payment schedules and fraud checks.
We may adjust earnings associated with confirmed invalid activity, subject to applicable law and our Publisher Policy.

All Platform branding, logos, designs, software and content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially use these materials without prior permission.
We may collect and process account, technical, payment and advertising information to operate the Platform, provide services and prevent fraud. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in India.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, false information, unlawful conduct or security risks. Users may request account closure by contacting support.
We aim to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify or discontinue features for technical, operational, security or legal reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, business opportunities or advertising results that were not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights, courts of competent jurisdiction in Shillong, Meghalaya, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
